- Send us the graphic/sketch/photo which best represent your desired mascot. Please include all correspondence detail for efficient communication.(jpg format for email or fax in black & white indicating colour in Pentone code)

| Stage 2 |
- Livetoys promises to respond immediately with official quotation indicating cost of fabrication, delivery date, payment terms and freight arrangement within 48hours.
- Ball park figure for a custom design mascot ranges between USD2500 to USD6000.
- “Regular” conception-to-delivery takes 6 to 8 weeks. (not counting freight)
- Our design and fabrication facility is located both in Philippines and Malaysia. Your suit will be shipped from port nearest to you.

| Stage 3 |
- After receiving confirmation on acceptance of quotation, Livetoys will proceed to send you our interpretation of your visual and sample material of costume exterior for your approval. We would go to the end of the world to achieve the desired result and stay faithful to the original design concept. This is the stage where we address any and all requirement that you may have or we feel would improve the working of the mascot.

| Stage 4 |
- Fabrication begins after details are discussed and finalised. Now sit back and relax! We know it’s a rough time for all our valued clients. It’s liked being the anxious father waiting outside the delivery room. But its best to leave the professionals alone to do their work and you will be a happier parent! (We have not had one miscarriage in 15 years!

- Six week later, Voila! Your pain is over and your brand new mascot is at your doorstep!
